Every month, Scout sponsors a Pet Entrepreneur Meetup (Denver, Philadelphia) in various cities. One of our Denver Meetup members demoed their app, Kibbl, and we wanted to share it with you. Kibbl is an app that helps connects shelters with donors, volunteers and wannabe pet parents. Check it out!

Whether you want to find a 5k that supports your local shelter or are searching for the perfect furry friend, Kibbl brings you the information you want on shelter events and adoptable pets, right to you via a mobile app on iOS and Android!

Most shelters and animal welfare groups are behind when it comes to technology and lack the means to connect with the ever-growing population of pet lovers. These organizations host events that help fund their needs and have hundreds of adoptable pets but have trouble getting the word out. That’s where Kibbl comes in.

Kibbl data mines rescue groups for events and adoptable pets, allowing you to browse, sign up, and subscribe to shelters. When you subscribe to a shelter you’ll receive a notification when new events and pets are added or updated.
